As a central tool for both vanquishing his enemies, and bestowing blessings and consecrations, the mighty hammer Mjǫllnir is surely the most widely recognized symbol of the powerful Aesir god Thor. 

Whether guarding against invading giants, resurrecting his loyal goats, or hallowing births, weddings, and funerals, the hammer is as inseparable from the image of the god as his bushy red beard, or a bolt of lightning. 

Still worn as an amulet of protection to this day, it speaks highly to the veneration of this god and his hammer, as a symbol of devotion to the Norse pantheon. 

Mjǫllnir is our newest coffee release hailing from Huila, Colombia, grown at high altitude, and produced under the influence of a 72 hour anaerobic lactic fermentation. Beyond the variety of flavor compounds that show up in our other natural process coffee, this lactic fermentation also increases the perception of body in your cup, resulting in a fuller depth of flavor, more complexity, and a silky mouthfeel.
