What is a Phantom Brewery?
Simply put, we are a tribe without a home. We exist in the ether, with no physical location tying us to a specific path, or to allow us to be distracted from our ethos.
In a more material sense, we are an immensely small company of folks with a like vision, who exist with the help of trusted friends and colleagues, which allows us to focus less on the habitual worries of running a taproom, and grants both the creative and financial freedom to take risks, be uncompromising, and follow our own muses; while working with some of the best in the industry to create the liquid you love.
